How Long Can I Stay In The U.S. As A Visitor? How long can you stay in the U.S. as a visitor? Is it one month, three months, six months or a whole year? Lately, I have received a lot of calls from confused Canadians, and other travelers to the U.S., who are concerned about being denied entry because of past presence in the country.  There is a lot of misinformation on social media, even from very reputable sources, on this issue.
